The two parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the commercialization of VELMARTO® (Eratrectinib Capsules), a next-generation TRK inhibitor, in mainland China. Under the agreement, Vcare PharmaTech, as the MAHof VELMARTO®, is responsible for clinical development and manufacturing supply; NJCTTQ obtains the exclusive commercialization rights of VELMARTO® within the cooperation territory.
