On June 26, the authoritative ranking of the "Top 100 Chinese Innovative Pharmaceutical Seed Enterprises 2026" (Seed 100 List) was officially released. Relying on its technological moat built by AI-driven original innovation, a complete independent R&D system, a tiered global innovation pipeline, marketed innovative drug achievements and comprehensive global patent portfolio layout, Jiangsu Vcare PharmaTech Co., Ltd. (Vcare PharmaTech) has once again been listed in Tier 1 of the ranking, marking its sixth consecutive year on the Seed 100 List.
Vcare PharmaTech has secured a spot on the Seed 100 List for six straight years since 2021. It entered Tier 1 for the first time in 2025 and retained this position this year. Its consistent listing and Tier 1 standing serve as high recognition of the company’s long-term dedication to developing innovative medicines and leading therapies, and fully validate its comprehensive strength and steady growth in technological innovation and translation, new drug research as well as clinical development.
AI Empowerment Fuels Differentiated Original Drug Design
Upholding independent incubation and original innovation, Vcare PharmaTech actively integrates cutting-edge technologies with new drug discovery, with a strategic focus on AI-enabled differentiated original molecular design. Artificial intelligence technology accelerates core R&D workflows including target identification, molecular design and candidate compound optimization, greatly boosting R&D efficiency and clinical success rates. This forward-looking strategy has built robust technological barriers across the entire innovative drug development cycle, and further consolidated the deeply collaborative industrial chain covering technology research, drug development and commercial manufacturing.
Accelerated Rollout of Innovation Pipeline; First Anti-Tumor Targeted Drug Granted Marketing Approval
Early June witnessed a landmark breakthrough in Vcare PharmaTech’s innovative drug development pipeline: VELMARTO® (Eratrectinib), the company’s self-developed Class 1 small-molecule targeted anti-tumor drug, obtained marketing approval from the NMPA. This milestone signals Vcare PharmaTech’s official transition from an R&D-focused biotech firm to an integrated enterprise covering both research and commercialization.
Meanwhile, the company’s innovation pipeline has delivered multiple key advances: one candidate drug has formally accepted NDA approval, several candidates are undergoing Phase II and Phase III clinical trials, and a batch of pre-clinical innovative drug programs are under continuous incubation.
